The Light
12,679.5 Nights ago I realized just how intent Satan was on destroying me… and you. I also realized that same night the awesomeness of God’s power to save. It grieves me that my body has the heart disease of dad’s family instead of the Alzheimer’s of my mother’s. I would like to forget and unknow the darkness I have seen: but I can’t unknow my Savior either. Now if you have come to realize the darkness that has been there the whole time: look to The LIGHT! Satan didn’t just start working in your world: you just can’t deny it any longer. There is a big difference between confidence with blinders on and confidence in full realization of the battle. One is real and the other isn’t. The Brokenness in the Light
Darkness drives you to LOVE the LIGHT.
“Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you.” - some dude named Fred Knowing the Darkness doesn’t mean it is to be your focus: the LIGHT brings all things into focus. Make your gaze be into God’s Word.
