Standing God’s Ground
STAND IN THE GAP!
What it’s Not
Psalms 1:1 just declared all politics ungodly! There should NEVER be a decision made to overlook any wickedness for the sake of “The Greater Good.” We should however realize that ALL people are of the same nature as we are and they have weaknesses. A person being divorced and married again shows a mistake was made in judgment: God’s Word plainly defines wickedness. People who promote wicked things should face your Standing face not run our government. God will remove blessing from you for that cause. “Standing in the way of Sinners” is not talking about standing against them but keeping company with them. You should stand against sin but not against people trying to drive to work or ambulances trying to get to the Hospital. There is a reason Abortion Protests happen outside of Abortion Clinics and capital buildings. You wouldn’t protest abortion outside a church daycare or pediatrician’s office that only offered child care. God demands you oppose the wrong but he will hold the compromised accountable. “On Facebook, Whole Lot of Scoffin goin On: OOH!!” Everybody is trying to tell me what I better do if I know what’s good for me and this country! I am SO glad that I am catching it from all sides. Now I get to pic what God leads me to be right: well I would have done that anyway. But I have been known to do opposite of what people try to tell me just for spite. I like it when people stand up for what’s right but I despise people trying to force their thinking. I am the worst Smart Alec on earth, sarcastic and snarky: if I can be nice so can you. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. 2 Corinthians 5:20 ESV What Standing God’s Ground is
