Standing God’s Ground
The Watchman
The Picture the for the People
1 'The word of the Lord came to me: 2 “Son of man, speak to your people and say to them, If I bring the sword upon a land, and the people of the land take a man from among them, and make him their watchman. 3 And if he sees the sword coming upon the land and blows the trumpet and warns the people. 4 Then if anyone who hears the sound of the trumpet does not take warning, and the sword comes and takes him away, his blood shall be upon his own head. 5 He heard the sound of the trumpet and did not take warning; his blood shall be upon himself. But if he had taken warning, he would have saved his life. 6 But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet, so that the people are not warned. And the sword comes and takes any one of them, that person is taken away in his iniquity, but his blood I will require at the watchman’s hand. ' Ezekiel 33:1-6 ESV God gave them the physical picture and then in verses 7-9 restated the spiritual picture with Ezekiel being proclaimed God’s Watchman. Remember this was a real picture to them because those with Ezekiel were already in captivity and those reading his words in Jerusalem were facing captivity. The Watchman’s Message Why Will You Die O Israel?
Your Purpose is to Lead souls to Salvation.
“Christian People” argue secular things and when you mention how they are supposed to be leading people to Christ they say - “Oh Yeah! You need to be saved too!” Even the water that was supposed to be sweet is made bitter! If you present right and wrong before people’s eyes in the way God leads you. You will proclaim His Message in the calmness of the Holy Spirit. Discerning eyes will see the truth of what God says in Rational Reality. The pure statements of right and wrong will enhance your plea for them to know Jesus instead of enrage them. When you spew hate and controversy as one of the foulest politicians you make the message of Salvation powerless. You fuel the hypocrite fire with Race Fuel because you are actually being the plainest example of the word. If what you say contradicts or takes away from the Gospel Message that is supposed to be coming from you. HUSH YOUR FOUL MOUTH! If your nasty words keep someone I know and love from hearing the Gospel I will take it very personal. God takes it personal too!
