The Deception of Appearances
There is a Stratocaster single coil guitar pickup in the helping hands on my solder table that doesn’t work. So practically it isn’t a guitar pickup: but under the magnifying glass I saw one of the lead wires broken. So in theory I could unwind the wire off of it until I find where it broke and fix it. It looks like all the other pickups on the guitars in this house but it doesn’t work. If our faith is of the same deportment as that pickup it too must be broken. Faith is of the power of the almighty Son of God and there is nothing wrong with it on His end. As always the problem is with us: my attempt to start this series has displayed the problem. I tried to jump in the middle of this and finish it in one day and my way is broken. The Holy Spirit reminded me you always begin building with the proper foundation. I started writing this almost a month ahead because this is going to take a lot of study. There are many thoughts to process: but faith will follow God’s leading. Faith that actually Works will get things done and the world won’t be able to deny God’s power. So let’s tear this thing down and find where its broke? When we get it hooked back up we will be able to jam with Jesus and lead people to Christ.
